The second benchmark

Sequential control of processes in automation based on Eaton Moeller PLC. This platform is used to train about the implementation and operation of industrial processes. The benchmark is built on a small modular PLC of Eaton Moeller. There will be also digital and analog inputs/outputs module and a human-machine interface to visualize the processes. For the accessories, there will be an +/-10V analog motor driver, a constant speed motor driver, 3 color LED tower, some status indicators, some buttons, and voltage indicator. To program the main PLC, CodeSys is used. The control panel is programed using GALILEO.

The third benchmark

Industrial networks based on BECKHOFF PLC. The main objective of this platform is to present about industrial communication technology [4]. There will be some Beckhoff PLCs equipped with several communication modules and sensors to perform data transmission tests between machine to machine and process to process. Thanks to this testbench, various strategies can be performed likes autonomous decision, cognitive automation, cooperation, data processing or shifting data acquisition. This platform can be also used to train about supervisory control and data acquisition.
