Benchmark

The first benchmark

Building automation and control for electrical application based on SIEMENS PLC. This traing platform includes Siemens PLC S7-1500 and ET 200SP, Human machine interface, digital/analog input/output modules, profinet protocol, modbus protocol and process modules (elevator, energy monitoring). The purpose of this benchmark is to help students to familiar with siemens PLC using in electrical applications. They can understand the difference between digital and analog input/output, how to wire and bring input/output into a PLC, how to make PLC program, how to use an HMI and learn also about automation protocols (modbus and profinet). Last, they can be able to build their own automation solution.
